If you like Piña Coladas...this is the cake for you! Our homemade pineapple cake is filled with layers of coconut buttercream, and coated with a coconut buttercream layer on the outside. Then it gets topped with fresh pineapple, cherries, adorable drink umbrellas and paper straws! Perfect for "sipping" on a summer day, or in the middle of our Ohio winters, when we all need a little taste of the tropics!
