When Kelsey was just 24 she decided to take these principals into her career and with the help of Liz and her dad, Joe, they began to build the Avon Lake location. After months of late nights, kitchen naps, and Taco Bell dinners, Kelsey and Liz saw the business blossoming into the success it is today. With Liz's expert recipe making, Kelsey's artful eye, and Joe's business expertise, Kelsey Elizabeth Cakes was born.
Only 2 years later, a second location was being discussed. The perfect location in Rocky River popped up days later and it was meant to be. With the help of the incredible staff at both locations, family and friends' support, and plenty of blessings, Kelsey and Liz have had the incredible opportunity to do what they love with the people they love the most. From birthday cakes to theme days, holidays, and everything in between, Cleveland has always shown up to support them and for that they are forever grateful!
