When do I pick up my holiday pre-order?
Order pickup is from 12-6pm on weekdays or 11am-3pm on Saturdays. Please pick up on the day and at the location you choose at checkout.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Of course! You may send someone else to pick up your order, but please make sure they know the correct name and phone number that the order was made under.
Do you deliver?
Kelsey Elizabeth Cakes does not deliver, all cakes must be picked up at one of our shops. (Wedding cakes included).
I can't pick up my order. Can I get a refund?
